Returns & Exchanges

At Archies Footwear, we want you to love your support; if your flip-flops or slides aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. Items must be in original condition and include all tags to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your returned footwear, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
